Soon to be primo barista extraordinaire, Michael Gray and I spent the day at the Stumptown Roastery in Red Hook Brooklyn. Learned so much, only have one photo!!! A decades old Probat roaster from Germany. All beans are roasted to order and will be received in Chatham in two days. Learned much about their sourcing and close work with the growers.
